Natural whelk seasoned dish
Ingredients: 1 can of YU DONG Bai-Top Shell(Whelk), red pepper paste (1/2 cup red pepper paste, 4 tsp of red pepper powder, 5 tbsp of vinegar, a little sugar, 2 tsp of sesame oil), 4 tsp of green onions, 2 tbsp of garlic, 3 tbsp onions, 300g noodles
- Cut the distributed wild whelk into bite-size pieces.
- Add about 2 tbsp of canned whelk broth to the red pepper paste.
- After boiling the noodles, drain them through a sieve to remove any moisture.
- Mix the whelk and the prepared seasoning well.
- It tastes even better if you eat it with squid, pollack, cucumber, and perilla leaves.
Natural whelk pasta
Ingredients: 1 can of YU DONG Bai-Top Shell(Whelk), 60g pasta noodles, 20g onion, 20g broccoli, 1/4 tablespoon minced garlic, 100mL fresh cream, 100mL milk, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese powder, salt, pepper powder, a little olive oil
- Add salt and olive oil to boiling water, add pasta noodles, boil for 10 minutes, then drain and mix with olive oil.
- Finely chop the onion, cut the broccoli into bunches and lightly blanch it in salt water.
- Stir-fry minced garlic in a pan with olive oil, then add onion and whelk and fry together.
- Put the cream and milk in a pot and boil over medium heat until bubbles form.
- Add spaghetti noodles and broccoli to the pot, mix, and season with Parmesan cheese powder and pepper.

재료: 유동 자연산 골뱅이 1캔, 초고추장(고추장 1/2컵, 고춧가루 4작은술, 식초 5큰술, 설탕 약간, 참기름 2작은술), 대파 4작은술, 마늘 2큰술, 양파3큰술, 면 300g
- 유동 자연산 골뱅이를 먹기 좋은 크기로 썰어주세요.
- 초고추장에 골뱅이 통조림 국물을 2큰술 정도 넣어줍니다.
- 면을 삶은 후, 체에 밭쳐 물기를 제거합니다.
- 골뱅이와 준비된 양념을 잘 버무립니다.
- 오징어채, 북어채, 오이, 깻잎 등을 곁들여 드시면 더욱 맛이 좋습니다.
자연산 골뱅이 파스타
재료: 유동 자연산 골뱅이 1캔, 파스타면 60g, 양파 20g, 브로콜리 20g, 다진마늘 1/4큰술, 생크림 100mL, 우유 100mL, 파마산 치즈가루 1큰술, 소금, 후추가루, 올리브유 약간
- 끓는 물에 소금, 올리브유를 넣고 파스타면을 넣어 10분간 삶아준 뒤 물기를 빼 올리브유에 버무려줍니다.
- 양파는 굻게 다지고 브로콜리는 송이송이 잘라 소금물에 살짝 데칩니다.
- 올리브유를 두른 팬에 다진마늘을 넣어 볶다가 양파와 골뱅이를 넣어 함께 볶습니다.
- 냄비에 생크림과 우유를 넣고 중불에서 보글보글 거품이 날 때까지 끓입니다.
- 냄비에 스파게티면과 브로콜리를 넣고 버무리고, 기호레 따라 파마산 치즈가루와 후추를 뿌려 먹습니다.
