Ottogi Premium Black Bean Sauce (JJAJANG) has a more authentic, rich, and
deeper taste of black bean paste than regular black bean powder because it includes the roasted Chunjang and onions.
Chunjang is known as Chinese bean paste made from salted beans and flour.
Since black bean paste is from a vegetable protein source, Jjajang helps
lower blood pressure, manage diabetes, constipation, etc.

Unlike Jjajang powder, Jjajang solids are convenient because they do not clump together.
Ottogi Premium Black Bean Sauce is divided into eight blocks (1 serving/block),
making it easier to cut and cook as much serving as you want.
Cooking Direction
1. Fry chopped meat, vegetables, and mashed garlic
with cooking oil in the pan.
2. Add water to the pan and boil it until the meat and
vegetables are cooked.
3. On low heat, add pieces of Ottogi stir-fried black bean paste and
simmer it while stirring. Then the sauce is ready!
4. Serve it with cooked rice or cooked noodles. For your preference,
you can add red pepper to add spiciness.
Storage
Avoid direct sunlight and keep it in a dry and cool place.
