Pollack(Pollock) soup is made with dried fish. Dried Pollack has a rich source of protein and amino acids that has detoxifying effects. It has a unique flavor of dried fish that makes the soup more flavorful instead of the typical fish aroma.

(Using a Stove)
1. Cook 1 dehydrated piece with 300mL of water. (600mL of water for 2 pieces.)
2. Cook for another minute after the soup starts to boil.
(Using a Microwave)
In a 300mL of water, microwave 1 dehydrated piece and the seasoning oil for 5 minutes. (For 2 pieces, use 600mL of water for 8 minutes.)
