Jjolmeyon literally means "chewy noodles." Unlike other wheat noodles and ramen, Jjolmyeon is made with a combination of wheat and starch.

Cooking Directions
1. Boil 550mL of water with dried vegetable flake.
2. Add noodle into the boiling water and let it cook for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
3. Drain boiled water and rinse the cooked noodle with cold water 3-4 times. Then mix it well with liquid soup stock.
4. Adjust the amount of liquid soup as needed. For your preference, you may add kimchi, sliced cucumber, and boiled egg.
Storage
Avoid direct sunlight and keep it in a dry and cool place.
