Ottogi Spicy Seafood Udon Ramen [Odongtong Myon] is one of the representative Udon Ramen of Ottogi,
which has a taste of Ramen and Udon mixed together.

Thick noodles and seafood flavors go perfectly well together.
It has a piece of kelp in it, which gives it the deep soup base.


Make a special Ramen with Ottogi

Odongtong means chubby. As its name suggests, Odongtong Ramen has a chewy and thick noodle.
The spicy and rich seafood flavors come from clean Korean algae, bonito, squid, shrimp, and seaweed.

Boil Ottogi Odongtong Myon and Ottogi Jjajang Ramen together to make a special meal.
Make sure to drain most of the water out, but leave enough for mixing.
Add the sauce and powder into cooked noodles, and mix. It is more delicious if you eat it with beef brisket.

Cooking Directions

1)Put the vegetable mix and kelp into 550mL of water and boil.
2)When it boils, add noodle and powder soup and cook for another 5 minutes.
*For personal preference, you may add green onion, shrimp, fish cakes, ETC.
